Terms of Service
Refunds
In the chance of cancellation one may only receive a refund at two points.
100% refund may be received anytime before the sketch is started.
50% refund may be received if one cancels when the sketch is sent in.
Anytime thereafter one may not receive a refund.
Revisions
There will be one chance to change the direction of the commission.
I will send over the sketch and then you may either make :
One (1) major change
OR
Three (3) minor ones.* Not applicable to character design commissions. The process is explained on the commissions page.
Artistic Use
I reserve the right to include any and all commission work in my overall body of artwork to put in my portfolio or post online.All art provided via commissions is not for commercial use, it is for personal use only.* Unless agreed upon in writing/contract
Payment
Payment must come before I start the commission. Once payment is received I will start at the nearest time I am available.
Repost & Credit
If you would like to repost the art, either to your own twitter or other social media sites you **may do so provided that you credit back to my social media on said site.* If I am not on that site the default credit media should go to here.
Rejection
I reserve the right to reject the commission at any point during the process and I do not have to provide explanation.
Most common reasons for a rejection could be things such as but not limited to :
> I simply cannot do the task due to skill or preference in subject matter
> harassment
> A commissioner found to be connected to or directly contributing to hate or discrimination against a person or group of persons; so on and so forth.
* Similar refund rules apply as stated above.

Portraiture : 80-150
Character Spot Illustration : 150-250
Full Illustration : 250-500
